2010
Our journey starts in 2010 when Enigma Lighting was formed.
2013
Exclusive UK distributor for award winning brands; DARK and Brick in the Wall.
2016
The Enigma Lighting Showroom and Design Studio was opened in Central Manchester, showcasing our exclusive lighting products.
2018
The launch of our London showroom collaboration, also saw the start of our partnership with Creation Gulf as the distributor of our products in the Middle East. We also welcomed Powergear as another exclusive UK Brand.
2011
A year later we introduced our first range of LED fittings.
2015
In 2015 we launched our Enigma Lighting LED Filament Lamp Range.
2017
Enigma Lighting launch Tubular and View50 family of products.

Evolution of Lighting Systems
Whilst modern lighting has continued to improve across the spectrum – incandescent, fluorescent, metal halide, – the biggest improvements have undoubtedly been seen with LED technology within commercial LED lighting. With the energy savings and longevity afforded through this technology the demand for both retrofit and dedicated commercial LED lighting has soared and continues to do so.
Enigma Lighting has not purely responded to this demand but has continually sought to implement improvements to our product ranges based on the latest technology available to the benefit of our valued customers.
Born out of the improvements to commercial LED lighting are our fabulous LED Filament Lamps – which Enigma Lighting introduced in 2015. These products continue to be as popular as ever across the spectrum of interior environments, with clients enjoying the warm, dimmable glow that had previously been associated with halogen lighting – but is now available with the energy savings of LED technology.
A growing innovation within the lighting industry is the ability to use Beacon technology housed within light fittings. Of value to our retail clients, this allows the implementation of location-based services to be installed in a stable and low maintenance way.
